Question: What types of payments do you accept?
Answer: We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. Checks can also be used via Paypal.
Question: Is my credit card information secure?
Answer: We do not ever store your credit card information, and when you make a purchase, it is transmitted over a secure server, so there's no need to worry.
Artist/Client FAQS:
Question: How many CDs/DVDs can I list from my account?
Answer: You can list an unlimited number of CDs/DVDs from your account.
Question: If I change my mind about listing a CD/DVD with you after I have paid for placement, can I receive a refund?
Answer: We do not refund listing/setup fees as they are payment for a service. Once a listing is submitted, we begin work to get your CD's page completed. There are many details that need to be seen to, and the work hours must be paid for.
Question: Can I list a CD/DVD in more than 1 category/genre?
Answer: Yes, you can select up to 3 genres when adding a CD/DVD.
Question: What does a Featured listing consist of?
Answer: A Featured listing is randomly displayed on our homepage. We only Feature around 4 artist/clients at a time, to make sure that all Featured CDs/DVDs get proper exposure. Currently our website has an Alexa rank of 6,830,416 which is in the top 21.96 % of all websites. Alexa is an online service that measures traffic for millions of sites on the Internet in a similar way to Nielsen television show ratings.
With 4 Featured spots on the homepage, this means your CD/DVD is shown much more often.
